Questions
How do I get my Discord badge?
After you join, you'll get a welcome email. Reply with your Discord username (or DM CJ, cjyumyum, in the server) and your Crew role and badge are added within a few hours.
How do badge ranks work?
Your rank is based on how long you've been on the Crew without a break. We upgrade your badge when you hit 3, 6 and 12 months. Yearly members start at Rank II.
I'm already a member. How do I sign in?
Tap Sign in and enter the email you joined with. We'll email you a one-tap login link (no password), so check spam if you don't see it. Once you're in, this page turns into your shortcut to Crew HQ.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in two clicks from your account page. You keep your perks until the end of the period you paid for.
What's the CRAFTR Lab?
CRAFTR is the creative education brand behind our persona quiz. Every month, Crew members get a new Lab drop in Crew HQ, like a prompt pack or an AI video template, plus 20% off CRAFTR reports and packs.
What's coming next?
Crew game nights and Grow a Monster playtests. Perks marked "Coming soon" aren't live yet, and we'll announce them in the lounge first. Everything else on this page is something members get now.
Is the news going behind a paywall?
No. The news, guides and community stay free. The Crew is how you help keep the lights on.
