Indie World October 2026: Every Announcement and Switch 2 Date

Nintendo's October 2026 Indie World ran about 15 minutes on Wednesday, October 28, and packed in 23 games. The headliners: R.E.P.O. is coming to Switch 2, Witchbrook finally has a date, and Sword of the Sea is out on Switch 2 today. The 2nd Shift take

R.E.P.O. on Switch 2 is the one our crew will actually play. It's a chaotic co-op horror game that works best with friends yelling in voice chat, but "2027" with no month means we're waiting a while. Witchbrook getting a hard date after this many years is the quiet win. Super Battle Golf and Slime Rancher 2 make Switch 2 look like the indie co-op box. Fifteen minutes, no filler, a shadow drop and four demos. That's how you run a showcase.
