Football Manager 27 launches Tuesday, November 10, 2026, on PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and mobile. Sports Interactive hasn't announced an exact unlock time. PC and Mac players can already play the Launch Preview, which is free until 6 PM GMT today, November 3 (noon CT, 10 AM PT). After that, you'll need to pre-purchase or have Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass.

What time does Football Manager 27 come out?

There's no official time yet. Sports Interactive only says FM27 launches globally on November 10, and we won't guess an hour. FMTweak notes that stores can go live at slightly different times, so if one isn't ready, give it a little while. We'll add the time here if it's announced.

Can you play Football Manager 27 early?

Yes, if you're on PC or Mac. The Launch Preview replaces the old Beta and Advanced Access, and it comes in two stages:

• Free period: 6 PM GMT October 29 to 6 PM GMT November 3 on Steam, Epic, the Microsoft Store, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. There's no sign-up, and all game modes are included.
• Paid period: November 3 to launch. Keep playing by pre-purchasing from a SEGA-approved digital retailer, or through your Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription.

Saves from the free period carry into the paid preview and the full game. Just know that the preview can have data that doesn't match the real world yet, and some club and player assets may be missing. A save keeps the world it started with, so you may want to start fresh on launch day if accurate data matters to you.

Consoles aren't part of the free preview. FM27 on PS5 and Xbox is a November 10 game unless Sports Interactive says otherwise.

Football Manager 27 preload and download size

No preload window has been announced for the full game. PC and Mac players in the Launch Preview already have the game installed. Steam lists 20 GB of available space for both Windows and Mac. PS5 and Xbox sizes haven't been published.
